2. How many people go on a trip?
Answer: This completely depends on your needs. It can range from 4 to 400 people. On larger Zoom Events there will always be a designated Zoom Concierge to attend to your needs.

3. Is airfare included?
Answer: Zoom Events will include air when desired by our clients. However, the bulk of our event packages are land only because so many people travel using miles, award coupons or upgrade certificates. However, we are happy to arrange airfare if desired and can offer you very competitive fares as well as other air travel discounts.

4. How do I obtain a proposal for a future event?

5. Is Zoom a strictly gay international event planning company?
Answer: Zoom Vacations organizes fun, exciting, luxurious and affordable international event vacations. Many of our past clients have been gay and lesbian, since they have been referrals from our sister company, Zoom Vacations, which designs vacations mainly for the gay and lesbian community. Any modern person of good taste (straight or gay) will be happy on a vacation planned by Zoom Events.

6. Is there flexibility in Zoom itineraries in which I may do my own thing?
Answer: Zoom Events provides detailed itineraries with specific days set aside for one to explore on one’s own. On these days, Zoom provides suggestions on areas and sites to visit, including interesting excursions unknown by the general tourist.

7. What are the accommodations like?
Answer: Accommodations range from 3 star one-of-a-kind hotels that are unique to the destination, to the finest world renowned 5 star hotels.

8. How do I know what type of precautions I would need to take for various destinations?

9. Should I get travel insurance?
